NY AG Sues Car Wash Over Unpaid Wages

On January 8th, the New York Attorney General’s Labor Bureau, including Catalyst Fellow and Volunteer Assistant Attorney General Tavi Unger, filed a lawsuit against Brooklyn-based Tropical Breeze Car Wash for allegedly cheating over 150 minimum wage car wash workers out of more than $540,000 in wages and benefits.
