Justice Catalyst Law alongside Berger Montague, Labaton Sucharow LLP, and Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, represent Fusion Elite All Stars and a proposed class of All-Star cheerleading gyms in an antitrust class action lawsuit against Varsity Brands and the U.S. All Star Federation (USASF).
