Meiriely Amaral (she/her) is a Legal Intern at Justice Catalyst Law. Meiriely graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies. After graduating, she worked as a paralegal at Altshuler Berzon, LLP and gained experience in labor law and impact litigation. She is now pursuing a JD at Northeastern University School of Law (“NUSL”), where she is in her second year. While at NUSL, she has been involved in National Lawyers Guild, the Housing Justice Collective, the Abolition Collective, and the Latin American Law Student Association. She is interested in movement lawyering and her current goal is to gain exposure to different legal practice areas.
