We currently collect Personal Information through our ad platforms or your web browser and when you provide this information in an email, fellowship project application, job application, or complete a contact or intake form through our website.

We collect certain Personal Information for certain purposes described above and may disclose certain categories of Personal Information to third parties.

With regard to information regarding legal claims sent to JCL, JCL may submit these legal claim inquiries to third parties, including other legal counsel, solely for the purposes for which you have submitted the Personal Information.

Personal Information submitted through an employment application is not shared with third parties, except as necessary to conduct professional reference or employment verification checks, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

With regard to fellowship project applications submitted via email or through JC’s website, certain elements of your Personal Information may be shared with the fellowship project application review committee, or with the host organization for your fellowship project.

JC and JCL will share information with each other as we see fit consistent with legal ethics.
