People’s Parity Project Founders Profiled in The New York Times

The New York Times recently profiled the founders of People’s Parity Project, a Justice Catalyst partner organization connecting law students and new attorneys to unrig the legal system and work towards a justice system valuing people over profits.
As students at Harvard Law School, founders Molly Coleman, Emma Janger, A. Vail Kohnert-Yount, and Justice Catalyst ’20-’21 Fellow Sejal Singh created PPP to address the legal contracts and mandatory arbitration agreements preventing access to justice in light of the #MeToo movement and other legally reinforced inequities. There are now more than a dozen PPP chapters across the country working to uncover and dismantle the tools that work to perpetuate wrongs in the legal system.
