Sarah Lee Day
As a Justice Catalyst Fellow at NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts, Sarah Lee Day will compile a statewide compliance report on ACCESS, Massachusetts’ 2017 landmark contraception legislation. Additionally, drawing from recent legislative victories, Sarah Lee will create a Model Legislation and Policy Proposal Toolkit—complete with model legislation, communications documents and talking-points, drafts of supporting/supplemental regulations, and explanatory memos for laws Massachusetts has successfully implemented—for use by NARAL affiliates and pro-choice allies in other states. Sarah Lee Day earned her J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law. In addition to legal policy work for NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts, Sarah Lee’s internship experience includes human rights legal advocacy with the Due Diligence Project, and reproductive rights impact litigation with the Lawyering Project. Prior to law school, Sarah Lee obtained a B.F.A. from Cornish College of the Arts, a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University, and a M.A. in Social Justice and Human Rights from Arizona State University.
