Public Comments of 18 State Attorneys General on Labor Issues in Antitrust Cite JCL Letter

Eighteen State Attorneys General have submitted public comments on labor issues in antitrust in response to the FTC’s public hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century.

The comments – citing a letter written by Justice Catalyst Law, Towards Justice, and Eric Posner – address some of the recent activity in the antitrust and labor area, including some of the discussions during the FTC’s recent hearings, and propose ways in which enforcers can focus on this expanding area of antitrust enforcement.
